Australian Marriage Visa

If you are applying for an Australian Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) with the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs (Immigration and Citizenship).   At MyCelebrant we can help take the stress out of meeting part of your eligibility, by performing an intimate wedding ceremony for you and your partner at a time and location suitable to you.

While getting married may be a condition of your visa application, there are separate rules for getting married in Australia.

The lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with an authorised Marriage Celebrant at least 1 month (and no more than 18 months) before your wedding is one such rule. The Marriage Act does not allow this notice period to be shortened if you have forgotten to lodge the NOIM within the correct time, or because the conditions of your visa application will expire before you are legally allowed to marry.

At MyCelebrant we understand all the rules for getting married. By talking to us before you lodge your visa application, we can help to make sure that you know what you need to do to meet the rules around getting married so that you do not fall into the trap of running out of time. If you have already lodged your visa application, then we recommend dont delay contact us today.

After lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage we can provide you with a Fiance' Visa letter confirming your decision to marry.

We can even assist you with document certification and statutory declarations.

Please note:  At MyCelebrant we are not qualified and therefor we do not offer any advice regarding immigration or visa's applications, please refer to the Australian Government or your immigration agent.

This is our commitment to you!

Form 888 statutory declarations

Form 888 statutory declaration is used for Partner or Prospective Marriage visa applications, and is a statement of facts completed by a supporting witness in regards to your relationship, and detailing why we would consider your relationship to be genuine and lasting.    Unless we have known you and your partner personally for many years, it is unlikely that we can provide a meaningful supporting statutory declaration that would offer any benefit to your visa application.

We can provide you with a letter confirming when you completed and lodged your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and the date your wedding ceremony.
